The Paklihawa Campus was established in 1978 as a constituent Campus of Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science, Tribhuvan University. Since its establishment, the Campus is continuously working to produce competent and efficient professionals in the field of Agriculture and Veterinary Science by means of better quality educational programs in academic environment. At present, we offer a four-year Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (B.Sc.Ag.) programme and five-year Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.Vsc & A.H) programme. The Campus has made a strong base with qualified faculty and support staff dedicatively working to provide academic knowledge, guidance in research activities, assistance, and mentoring.. The Campus always encourages and supports the students in the way of achieving their dream of academic excellience . It is a matter of immense proud that the graduates of this campus are found in vital position of policy making sectors in agriculture development within the country, various reputed universities as students and faculties abroad.
Furthermore Paklihawa Campus is the only governmental institution in province no 5 which is actively engaged in agriculture development of the province and the nation through production of highly competent manpower in the field of agriculture and animal health. Our campus highly focuses on the need based research in the field of agriculture so there are various researches being carried in the farm of campus by faculties and students as well.
